There is not a more spine-chilling chapter in the entire Bible than Revelation chapter 13. This chapter describes the rise to power of a demoniacally inspired world dictator, similar in nature to Adolph Hitler. He is called “the Beast”, but better known as the Anti-Christ. He uses a world financial system to control the people, as no one can buy or sell unless they are linked by a mark with a number to this system.

This is found in Revelation 13:16,17 with the number being 666. It seems that everyone knows about the number 666, even those with little knowledge of the Bible, as it is identified as the devil’s number! This is probably one of the best known verses in all the Bible.

For centuries, the fulfillment of these verses was a mystery. The mark was believed to be a tattoo. Christians believed by faith that, just prior to the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, a system would be in place where no one could buy or sell without this Mark. However, the understanding of these verses along with the possible fulfillment has really come into focus in the last 25 years. (Continued see: The 666 Surveillance System)

Commentary

Research is exploding in the area of the mind. Scientists are seeking to understand how the brain works and how to use that information to supplement or create minds that are more than human. Technological advances include pills to expand your knowledge without the work of learning, brain interfaces with computers, and implantable chips to modify functions. All are progressing rapidly. The uses to which this technology for “changing minds” can be put is limited only by imagination.

Scientists now can read minds, create and erase memories, and program areas of the brain to take on functions that normally are handled by other areas that are incapacitated through disease or accident. Some of these advances are so far along that they’re already becoming available through retail outlets to the general population. Soon they also will be able both to completely remove memories and to impart knowledge, basically creating designed-to-order minds on a mass scale. But are those human minds any longer? Isn’t this type of control over thought exactly what warnings about the 666 Surveillance System and an all-powerful government known as the Beast are all about?

Switching memory off may be helpful for PTSD victims, but it also could devastate both individuals and then whole societies. Imagine their use on those without “politically correct” thinking, for instance. The quest for erasing memories is progressing even to memory’s unconscious traces. Once that is achieved, there’s no going back because those memories never can be triggered again. With them gone forever, there can be no return. Our past will have disappeared. That can open the way for new information to be downloaded onto a modified or blank canvas.

Could this be why the Bible warns that anyone who takes the mark (or joins the system) is forever damned? With memory gone and approved thought downloaded to replace it, here’s no way to repent or go back. When all of this is perfected, there will be nowhere to hide, even in your most private thoughts. This is the essence of the 666 surveillance system – total, detailed knowledge of what people are thinking and total control over the thoughts of everyone caught in that system.

This becomes the ultimate man/mouse trap and why all are doomed forever who join this system.

Will We Ever… Have Cyborg Brains?  An excellent article from December 2012 by BBC News addresses not only the potential but a few of the problems.

“In September this year, American scientists said they had created a way of enhancing a monkey’s decision making by about 10%. The technique also works on rats, switching their long-term memory on or off…”

They refer to the manipulation of minds in an off-handed, almost casual way. Their claim that they can enhance decision making in a monkey is very vague. Who determines what is an “enhancement” in decision making? What are the standards used to decide whether a decision is good or bad? It may be simple enough for the question, “Should I take an umbrella if the weather calls for rain?” But what about issues like, “Should I accept the Bible as God’s Word and govern my life by it?”

Also troubling issue is the fact that erasing memory and downloading into the brain are pet projects of DARPA (the US Defense Advanced Research Agency) a familiar acronym for anyone concerned about the US government’s black-ops programs. This article estimates these options will be available in around 10 years, but since research is progressing faster than many expect it could be much sooner.

The involvement of DARPA could skew those date estimates, since they have almost unlimited resources to apply toward anything they think is important enough. Already they have developed an “indirect alternative” with electrodes attached to the skull to provide an electrical current through the brain. The military uses this to increase the rate at which snipers learn, though they admit that even this limited use has problems. “They learn more quickly but they don’t have a good intuitive or introspective sense about why.” And this technology already is available to the public.

Such devices were initially expensive, but now GoFlow sells a DIY kit for $99, which consists of two electrodes, cables and a 9-volt battery. So, in theory, everybody can try and tune his or her own brain at home. One expert says he wouldn’t buy the DIY kit, because he thinks it is premature to distribute it to non-experts. “People might feel like they should stimulate their brain as much as they want, but just as buying a medicine on the counter, you need to know when to use it, how often, in what conditions and in what cases you should not take it.”

Do-it-yourself brain modification, now available in a handy kit for $99? While that should concern us all, it still is less worrisome than what the Beast System can and will do with all of the other options they’re working on. With DARPA leading this research, their program to help snipers learn faster is a hint to where all of this is heading.

Matrix Movie and Instant Learning

Coming Soon, Maybe: ‘Knowledge Pills’ That You Eat To Automatically Learn Anything At the recent TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design) event, it was predicted that within the next 30 years we literally will be able to take a pill to instantly learn anything, similar to the scene in “The Matrix” when Neo learns kung fu by interfacing with a computer. The variation discussed merely substituted a pill for the interface. But the Matrix type interface isn’t so far away either.

Scientists develop tech to connect human brain to computers This is really scary as computer information can be downloaded into the thought process. This is exactly what is going to happen under the 666 System: mind control.

“Tufts University scientists are developing revolutionary tech that will directly link the human brain with computers and enhance individuals’ abilities to do anything from recommending movies to managing airtraffic control. “Computers have gotten phenomenally better in the last 50 years — faster, more powerful—and humans haven’t,” computer scientist Robert Jacob told the Boston Globe.”

A variation or hybrid of these two technologies can be found in the concept of an implantable chip. These also are on the developmental drawing board and not far from reality.

The Future of Brain Implants:

“How soon can we expect to see brain implants for perfect memory, enhanced vision, hypernormal focus or an expert golf swing? Or for an implanted interface with the Internet that automatically translated a clearly articulated silent thought (“the French sun king”) into an online search that digested the relevant Wikipedia page and projected a summary directly into your brain? Science fiction? Perhaps not for very much longer. Brain implants today are where laser eye surgery was several decades ago. They are not risk-free and make sense only for a narrowly defined set of patients—but they are a sign of things to come.”

One of the main features of the coming Beast system is control over everything we do, and part of that will include control over what we think and remember. Imagine a system that decides what should be downloaded into the brains of its citizens. A government could require everyone to download information aimed at making them “good citizens.” Or how about implanting the “correct way” or the “correct one” to worship? This could bring state control over individual minds to heights that dictators of the past only dreamed of.

Now if you think that this technology has just been developed you are probably the product of public education where scientific learning modalities target left-brain learning and suppress right-brain learning. Therefore you are very good at following orders and mapping out basic plans, but you have little or no ability thinking outside of the box or seeing the big picture. Without knowing it you are a compliant citizen of an Orwellian world which you probably don’t believe exists. The reality is that this kind of “mind reading” technology has been existence for quite some time and is probably an essential part of the surveillance state.”

We Know What You’re Thinking: Scientist Find a Way to Read Minds

“Scientists have used brain scanners to detect and reconstruct the faces that people are thinking of, according to a a study accepted for publication this month in the journal NeuroImage. In the study, scientists hooked participants up to an MRI brain scanner – which determines activity in different parts of the brain by measuring blood flow – and showed them images of faces. Then, using only the brain scans, the scientists were able to create images of the faces the people were looking at. “It is mind reading,” said Alan S. Cowen… who co-authored the study”.

MANCHURIAN Media Personality And The Reality Of The Mind Control of War

Our daily reality is being shaped by political decisions that control our lives and by a media that shapes our values and beliefs. Both reveal new concepts in a positive manner, presenting the most hopeful face possible. But they’re subtly and slowly getting us used to these concepts so they don’t seem threatening. With so much occurring right now, imagine what use will be made of these new technologies which make mind control that much easier. That’s why daily Bible reading is so crucial. It represents an alternative to the mass conditioning that we’re all exposed to on a constant basis. It frees our minds so that we can see through the deception and the conditioning that’s already taking place. It provides a standard by which we can measure what’s coming at us and any new ideas we may be considering. If we gauge them in light of the Scriptures, we’re less likely to fall prey to the schemes of those driving society toward the Beast.

Conclusion

God has warned in the Bible where this system is heading. The 666 Surveillance System is now on the fast track. There is no stopping it. Are you going to be with Jesus Christ and eternal life, or are you going to take the “666 Mark” and be eternally damned? The stakes could not be higher: eternal life or eternal damnation. Now is the time to repent of sin and trust Jesus Christ as your Savior.
