Living Out “Minority Report” or “A Clockwork Orange”: Will It Be The NSA or DARPA That Shapes Our Future?

This post focuses on two topics: mind control and total surveillance. Programs are well underway in both areas. The “Pentagon Mission” article is a must read because it lays out the future planned for us by DARPA, under the auspices of creating a non-violent society through mental health intervention. It seeks to place us inside “A Clockwork Orange” type of society, where impulses are controlled and thoughts are regulated. It’s a classic “military vision” where each citizen has a defined function and they are coordinated for “harmony through obedience.”

The vehicle for this is brain research and programming, ostensibly undertaken to find ways of healing brain injuries or restoring ‘normal’ functioning to those debilitated by mental illness. But not surprisingly, they use scientific double-speak terminology, repeatedly mentioning “neural plasticity” in conjunction with interventions like drugs, electric shock and nano-invaders. Of course, the real purpose behind all of this government expansion into these areas is control.

The article uses this analogy to describe what they’re really seeking to do:

“The rider and the horse. Previously, the rider took his horse far and wide. The rider went where he wanted to go. The horse was willing. But then something happened. The horse was altered, rebuilt. Now he could only move a mile in any direction from his starting point. At the boundary, he stopped. He turned around and returned home. That was the rule. The rider of course wanted to go farther. But the horse was no longer capable. The “plasticity” of the horse was reduced. The horse was now normal.”

Not much to look forward to, is it?

The other agency racing to shape our future is the NSA, which is collecting a massive amount of data, even on ordinary citizens. According to a high-level whistleblower, their goal is the same as DARPA’s: total control of the population. But the world they’re racing to create looks a lot like that in “Minority Report.” So who will get there first? Which of these agencies will define our world under the Beast System that’s so rapidly approaching? It isn’t much of a choice, is it?

Finally, we’re already being subjected to mind control on a more subtle level through films, tv and other media. These aren’t produced to entertain but to indoctrinate. Because they’re guiding us into acceptance of the Beast System, we’re introducing a new ‘Media’ category which will expose what’s occurring right before our eyes – and in our minds, if we spend much time viewing it. Biblical prophecy is clear that they will succeed in their goal of total control, so make certain you’re firmly rooted and grounded in Christ. He holds the key to the only door out of either of these scenarios. Prophecy also is clear that this system will be short-lived; He will return to smash it, and far better to be riding with Him than to be part of it when that occurs.

everyone should read. It explains the real purpose of the brain mapping that’s occurring, and the programming which will result from it. Anything with DARPA should raise red flags because of its virtually unlimited budget and its well-known black ops programs. This mission is less covert though; it involves implementing mind control of the population on a mass scale for the soon-coming Beast system.

“DARPA, the technical-research arm of the Pentagon, is leading the way in a mission to program the human brain. What could go wrong? In a word, everything.

[DARPA’s] upcoming “brain-mapping” plan, [is] in accordance with Obama’s initiative aimed at “preventing violence through improved mental health”—otherwise known as Clockwork Orange.” The program also aims to take advantage of neural plasticity…[so] that the brain can be trained or treated to restore normal functionality following injury or the onset of neuropsychological illness.” In the long run, this has nothing to do with “recovery from brain injuries.” That’s the cover story. The real goal is programming the brain to fit certain parameters of functioning. Those parameters will certainly exclude: rebellion, independence.

There are many, many brain-research professionals, and millions of laypeople, who believe that “intervention” is justified because it “corrects a chemical imbalance” in the brain. This is a myth. [See our extensive post on “Escape From Anti-depressants”] No, intervention is all about brain control, not brain health. And “neural plasticity,” contrary to the official propaganda, is no great discovery. Any human can change his own brain readout patterns by the simple act of thinking.

The ongoing DARPA brain-programming mission isn’t merely a two-year program or a five-year program. It’s permanent. It’s the gateway to a controlled society.”

Divining the brain

Scientists seek religious experience — in their subjects’ brains While this seems like an interesting study, researchers are focusing on the chemicals released during religious experience. Oxytocin, the hormone produced during prayer, etc. and in bonding, also has been linked with bias, a politically incorrect perception. It’s easy to see how this knowledge could be used by a Beast system to sanction belief in the true God.

“[R]esearchers want to see more than religion’s registry on the brain. They want to know whether it differs across religions or by intensity of belief. They want to see what genes it activates, what hormones it releases and how it relates to social behaviors. Can the same basic circuitry produce Mother Teresa and Sept. 11 hijacker Mohamed Atta? If so, how?

To approach even speculative answers to such questions, the researchers have to capture what goes on in the brain of a believer during a religious moment. Until now, Korenberg and Anderson have done what medical researchers do: studied abnormalities. But he thought a lot about religion’s hold on the mind, and when he had the chance to scan Zen Buddhist monks a few years ago, he jumped.

Other scientists who started from similar premises have strayed into metaphysics. Neuroscientist Andrew Newberg began by scanning the brains of Franciscan nuns and Tibetan Buddhists and wound up founding “neurotheology,” which fuses science with mysticism. Most neuroscientists have long since abandoned any search for a “God spot,” and settled on delving deeper into networks involving attention, salience, self-reflection, emotion and other functions.”

Brain imaging may help predict future behavior

“Noninvasive brain scans have led to basic science discoveries about the human brain, but they’ve had only limited impacts on people’s day-to-day lives. A review article highlights a number of recent studies showing that brain imaging can help predict an individual’s future learning, criminality, health-related behaviors, and response to drug or behavioral treatments. The technology may offer opportunities to personalize educational and clinical practices.”

Better Up Your Pet-Owning Game Now – Soon Your Dog Will Be Able to Share Their Thoughts With You  Brain research is coming on fast. But it isn’t just the thoughts of people they’re seeking to discern, or making progress on. Thanks to a new product called “No More Woof” your dog now can verbalize his thoughts, as they’re read by a device worn like a headband.

“Having a pet dog can be akin to having a small child, at times—I can only image the things you would hear.

Th[is] seemingly “non-obtrusive” headset picks up frequencies from the dog’s brain and feeds the pattern into a micro-computer located in the device. The thoughts will then be translated (using a database that is yet to be constructed) and projected through a small speaker. To find the perfect combination, the Lab experimented with different EEG sensors until they began to recognize certain consistent thought patterns coming from their test subjects.

But the best part of the entire concept might be the fact that they’re developing different voices for different “types” of dogs. From snooty to dopey, you can find a personalized sound for the dog in your life.”

Total Surveillance

The ultimate goal of the NSA is total population control

“William Binney is one of the highest-level whistleblowers to ever emerge from the NSA. He…resigned soon after September 11, disgusted by Washington’s move towards mass surveillance. [H]e revealed the extent of the surveillance programs unleashed by the Bush and Obama administrations. At least 80% of all audio calls, not just metadata, are recorded and stored in the US. The NSA lies about what it stores.”

The NSA will soon be able to collect 966 exabytes a year, the total of internet traffic annually. Former Google head Eric Schmidt once argued that the entire amount of knowledge from the beginning of humankind until 2003 amount to only five exabytes.
Binney… described a future where surveillance is ubiquitous and government intrusion unlimited.

The latest Snowden leaks…detail private conversations of average Americans with no connection to extremism. It shows that the NSA is not just pursuing terrorism, as it claims, but ordinary citizens going about their daily communications. “The NSA is mass-collecting on everyone”, Binney said, “and it’s said to be about terrorism but inside the US it has stopped zero attacks.”

[T]he US budget for cyber security was US$67 billion in 2013 and will double by 2016.”

We’re fast approaching Philip K. Dick’s vision of the future as depicted in the film Minority Report. Cue the dawning of the Age of the Internet of Things, in which internet-connected “things” will monitor your home, your health and your habits in order to keep… your life under control and relatively worry-free. The key word here, however, is control.”

Data security?

The scary truth about data security with wearables  This article discusses an FTC report on the collection of data from consumers, most without their knowledge. The types of data collected are listed in the article.

“The amount of data being collected by just the wearable device on your wrist is simply astounding.

[D]ata brokers collect personal information about consumers from a wide range of sources and provide it for a variety of purposes to companies who pay for the information. “Because these companies generally never interact with consumers, consumers are often unaware of their existence, much less the variety of practices in which they engage,” the report said.

And someone isn’t immune just because they avoid social media and wearables. The FTC said data brokers collect an average of 3,000 data segments on nearly every US consumer.”

Infographic: The Apps That Know Everything About You  Don’t think that it’s only you the government is seeking to track and companies are eager to data-mine. It’s your kids and your pets as well. But did you know that Happy Fish—a popular kids game based on the Android operating system—might be a worse privacy offender? Happy Fish’s developer, HappyElements, programmed the game so that it can collect a trove of information about you (and your kids) through the app.

We reached out to Jason Hong, a professor of computer science at Carnegie Mellon and founder of PrivacyGrade.org, a site that ranks apps by how well they respect your personal privacy. Hong is a leading researcher on app security. So we asked him: What do the most downloaded apps know about us, and what do they do with that information?

There are actually about 60 permissions that these apps can ask for—everything from making your phone vibrate to accessing your camera. (You can find a full list of all the potential permissions here.) For practical reasons, we asked Hong to highlight four permissions that he thought were potentially the most alarming. Across the top, we list those four: contacts, text messages, call log and microphone… Facebook freaked out users in May when it announced a new (optional) feature that would let the microphone listen in on your conversations.”

Wearables for People and their Animal Counterparts

In Acknowledgement of the Presumed-to-Boom Animal Wearables Market, Here are a Few Pet-Human Wearable Comparisons  2014 was definitely the year that wearable tech hit the market in a big way. It is the wave of the near future anyway, since eventually tech will move internally. But for now, wearable tech is being promoted so heavily that it is even being produced for pets. Both this article and one below on “smartphones” for dogs show how far the market is going to push this idea into every home.

“The future is here. The International Consumer Electronics Show [showcased some of] the many exciting new tech innovations on the way for 2015, many… targeted toward our four-legged friends. Here are some of the pet products being featured:

A Doggie Smartphone: Know where your dog is and what he’s doing all times with the Scout Tracker 500. This new device by Binatone allows dog owners to speak to their dogs and monitor their movements with a GPS tracker, a video camera, and a microphone.

Pet Cube: Play with your pet from virtually anywhere—virtually. Like the Scout Tracker, this device allows owners to watch and speak to their pets remotely, but it also has a feature that lets owners dart a laser pointer across the room, helping pets get a little extra exercise while you’re away.

Auto-Feeder: No dog with this product will go hungry (or eat too much). Petnet(io) presented the SmartFeeder, a pet-feeding device that owners can control from a smartphone. Portions are based on a dog’s weight and activity level, and the food inventory is monitored so that reordering is easy to manage.”

Conclusion

God has warned in the Bible where this world system is heading. The 666 Surveillance System is now on the fast track. There is no stopping it. Are you going to be with Jesus Christ and eternal life, or are you going to take the “666 Mark” and be eternally damned? The stakes could not be higher: eternal life or eternal damnation. Now is the time to repent of sin and trust Jesus Christ as your Savior.
