The 666 Surveillance System

There is not a more spine-chilling chapter in the entire Bible than Revelation chapter 13. This chapter describes the rise to power of a demoniacally inspired world dictator, similar in nature to Adolph Hitler. He is called “the Beast”, but better known as the Anti-Christ. He uses a world financial system to control the people, as no one can buy or sell unless they are linked by a mark with the number 666 to this system. Thus this mark in the body is known as the “Mark of the Beast.” (Continued see: The 666 Surveillance System)
Although the Bible limits the “Mark” to economics, the current rapid advancement of technology shows that it is going beyond economics to a total world-wide surveillance system; thus, the “666 Surveillance System.” The Bible states that once a person receives the 666 Mark, he is locked into it and cannot escape. This person is eternally doomed. I believe that part of this system is mind-control. Once a person joins, the mind is seared and cannot escape; thus, the perfect “man/mouse trap”.
This blog keeps the reader on the cutting edge technology creating the conditions for fulfilling the “666 Surveillance System”. I have identified certain technologies that are needed to bring this system to pass. These technological advancements are reported under headings, so the reader is kept on the cutting edge of developments and can see where it is all heading. These headings include: Cashless Society, The Mind, E-Tattoos/Mark of the Beast, Total Surveillance, and High Technology.
This blog is the complement to the “Image of the Beast“ which focuses on man’s quest to transform creation, and to become “as gods” by “directing human evolution” using transhumanism.
Remember, that this system is in place immediately prior to the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. It really does appear that His coming is not that far off. Are you ready to meet Him?
Commentary
This post is focused on the mind – what we remember, how we remember and how that is being manipulated. Remember the movie “Total Recall?” It isn’t that far from reality. DARPA has been given funding to pursue research that on the surface has a good purpose, which is to help soldiers (and eventually civilians) who have suffered brain damage and are unable to recall past events or to adequately form new memories. But as with everything else that comes from DARPA, ultimately the purpose is military advantage and government control. That raises some troubling implications about this research and the possible reasons it actually is being conducted.
From new implantable brain chips to techniques using the power of suggestion, tremendous progress is being made in discovering how memories are created and stored. They have found that recall and the emotions related to those recollections are stored in different parts of the brain, on opposite sides. This means that through implantable chips, they can transform these components separately, creating feelings that weren’t previously connected with events or memories that never really occurred.
With this technology, there is a great possibility of mind control, either by creating memories, erasing memories or by transferring feelings onto existing memories. For instance, if you did something as a child which you knew was wrong and subsequently felt guilt over it, so that your will determined that you’d never again do such a thing, by changing the emotions linked to that memory, the guilt and the determination to alter future behavior could be changed.
The scope of this research and the amount of funding being devoted to it indicate that there’s a broader agenda at play here. Memories and feelings associated with them are an innate part of what makes us human. Toying with those things and replacing our own memories with those of others, or removing the emotions which correlate with them is a dangerous business. It turns us into mere robots at some point, pawns to be manipulated at will by the 666 System which is seeking numerous ways to turn the population into a unified, cohesive whole much like “the Borg” from Star Trek.
We’re heading toward a society which functions as a hive mind – that’s the message of the Mark of the Beast, that no one can participate in society unless they’ve been integrated and accept both the 666 System and the “Beast” who runs it. Mind control will be an integral part of this System and once that occurs – whether through manipulating memories or in other ways, it will be impossible to make a decision to escape.
God has given us memory and the feelings associated with them for a reason. Scripture talks about the importance of memorizing God’s Word, and how the Holy Spirit will bring it to our remembrance when we need it. It also speaks of what a blessing memory is. God has placed it into mankind as an aid for our development and our communication with Him, and as a means He can use to transform us into the likeness of Christ. Tampering with that has profound implications and is something that we should be very wary of, despite the supposed “benefits.”
John 14:26 But the Comforter, [which is] the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
The Mind/ Mind Control

Imagine a scenario where someone’s memories are replaced in total or in part with memories which are foreign to who they are as people. What does that do to their image of themselves, to what they believe is appropriate, and to what they’re willing to do in the future, once they’ve accepted those memories and come to accept them as legitimate. If they believe they’ve done things in the past, won’t they be more likely to conform their behavior in the future based on them? Humans have a remarkable ability to rationalize and justify. If we deal with enough (false) memories that we must rationalize, doesn’t that change who we are, or what we ultimately become? Aren’t who we are as people the product of our memories and feelings?
“From the Vulcan mind meld to Professor Dumbledore’s Pensieve, there are countless ways in which people share memories in fictional films and TV shows. But such fantastical ideas could soon become a reality, using electrodes implanted in the brain.
Neuroscientists have already begun trialling implants that boost memory loss, and in the future they believe these implants could be used to replicate memories in the brains of others.
The research centred on the hippocampus, a seahorse-shaped part of the brain associated with the formation of memories. The hippocampus gathers sensory information that is then transformed into short-term memories, between 15 and 30 seconds. These can then form more lasting memories, but only if they are accessed while the hippocampus is storing them.
The work builds on a previous study carried out by Dr Berger in which his team taught rats to learn a task, pressing one lever rather than another to receive a reward…Using a prosthetics model the researchers then developed an artificial hippocampal system that could duplicate the pattern of interaction between the two internal divisions of the hippocampus.
…Speaking to New Scientist, Berger said: ‘There is good reason to believe that the sharing of memory can happen.'”
Will the Government “BRAIN Initiative” Improve Mental Health or Increase Medical Tyranny? The video above discusses biomimetic replacement of brain parts. “We need to commit ourselves to that as a goal; it’s going to happen…” explains Dr. Berger. He also states that, “a key factor needed is the acceptance of the fact that these experiments need to be done in humans…Most of us have a sense that there’s something sacred about the human and the human brain and it’s something that’s not to be touched, we need to be careful about it. But I think that there are a lot of tests, of investigations, that can be done readily right now with patients’ heartfelt consent….”
The desire to push the envelope for knowledge and (in the case of the government, for control) is leading us where we shouldn’t go and that’s straight into the purposes of the 666 Beast system, and the removal of everything that God has implanted in us or urged us to seek for ourselves.

“In 2013, President Obama established a 12 year research goal to find cures for brain related illnesses. Expenditures for this project from public and private sources are estimated to reach 4.5 billion dollars by its culmination in 2025.
This article will look at the research priorities of the government agencies that are leading the BRAIN Initiative. Based on this information, and actual objectives of funded studies, it is clear that the BRAIN Initiative is ignoring the cutting edge science about multiple brain centers in the human body that comes to us through alternative medicine. Instead, it is focusing on a limited view of the brain that fits in with the agenda of conventional medicine and Big Pharma.
In later years of the BRAIN Initiative, there will be a high need for large numbers of human research subjects with impaired brain functioning. These people will be needed for clinical trials of new devices and drugs. This need opens the door to recruitment abuse in a group of people who may not be able to give true informed consent.
Even though the tools that will be developed by the Brain Initiative promise to help control a wide range of illnesses with emotional, memory, and cognitive symptoms, the new technology could be used for other purposes. A long list of benefits are being touted by researchers as they discuss their plans to freely activate and deactivate brain cells and multiple sets of cells. One must wonder whether these same tools could eventually be used for other purposes. Could they become tools for aggressive interrogation or mind control?”
Restoring memories – or creating new ones from others?
DARPA’s latest project? A brain implant capable of restoring lost memories
“Any time a new technology is either backed by President Obama or developed by DARPA, you know it’s serious business. But if something is backed by Obama and developed by DARPA, that’s when you know to really take notice — and the government’s new Restoring Active Memory (RAM) program is just that. Freshly announced by DARPA, the project’s goal is to create an implantable neural-interface designed to restore lost memories in those suffering traumatic brain injuries.
As stated by DARPA in its recent press release, traumatic brain injuries (TBI) affect roughly 1.7 million civilians each year and an astounding 270,000 military service members since 2000. Further, TBI has shown to impair one’s ability to recall memories created before suffering the injury while also limiting the capability to form new ones after. With the RAM program, DARPA intends to expedite the process of developing tech designed to bridge the gaps created in injured brains. In other words, TBI sufferers may not have to worry about lost memories if DARPA has its way.
The RAM program, which is part of Obama’s broader BRAIN Initiative, aims to accomplish this memory-saving goal by performing two steps. First, DARPA hopes to create a multi-scale computational model that describes how neurons code memories. Assuming it can gather the necessary data, DARPA’s next step is to create a neural-interface armed with the ability to bridge memory flow gaps created in the brain after a traumatic injury. The implant would essentially stimulate the desired target in the brain to help it restore its ability to create new memories.”

Reprogramming neurons and rewiring the brain

In previous research, Harvard Stem Cell Institute researchers disproved neurobiology dogma by “reprogramming” neurons — turning one form of neuron into another — in the brains of living animals. Now they’ve taken it a step further, showing that networks of communication among reprogrammed neurons and their neighbors can also be changed, or “rewired.”
The finding…has implications for both a basic understanding of how neurons choose their synaptic partners when circuits wire during early development, and for developing strategies to change defective communication in psychiatric and neurodevelopmental diseases, such as schizophrenia and autism, the researchers suggest.
In the new research, the research team reprogrammed one type of excitatory neurons into another type of excitatory neurons, and then observed connections made by a type of inhibitory neurons, noticing that the inhibitory neurons then recognized the reprogrammed excitatory neurons as “new” cells and modified their circuitry as a result.*
“What we’ve shown here is that not only neurons can be dramatically changed from one type into another from within the brain,” said Arlotta, but also that “neighboring neurons recognize the reprogrammed cells as different and adapt by changing how they communicate with them. Transformed neurons were recognized as ‘new’ cells, with different properties, by neighboring inhibitory interneurons, which in turn created new circuitry appropriate for their ‘new’ neuronal target,” Arlotta said.”
The government is working on implantable memory implants is cause for concern

“If work being backed by the US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) goes according to plan, we one day will be able to implant chips into our brains that will make sure we never forget anything. And although this sounds like science fiction—perhaps a movie starring Keanu Reeves from the 90s—it’s quickly becoming a reality. Scientists have already tested out implants in people suffering from brain injuries to improve their memory, the defense agency announced at a conference in September.
…DARPA is working to figure out how neurons in the human brain actually encode memories—a daunting task in and of itself. Once those processes have been mapped out, scientists would then work to create computer models to mimic how the brain functions, with the end goal of being able to implant devices that could trigger those processes if neurons, or the connections between neurons, get damaged.
The RAM project was first unveiled by President Obama in 2014, as part of the funding for DARPA’s wider brain initiative. At that time, the agency, working with the Veterans Affairs department and the Pentagon, announced it will spend the next five years—and nearly $80 million—developing “minimally invasive neurotechnologies that will increase the ability of the body and brain to induce healing,” according to The Washington Post. As part of the funding, DARPA is also researching building robotic limbs that humans can control with their minds, and ways for the human body to heal itself with remote controls.”
First Human Tests of Memory Boosting Brain Implant—a Big Leap Forward Is it a huge leap forward and more a free fall backwards?
Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
“By listening to the chatter of neurons as an animal learns, teams of neuroscientists have begun to decipher the flow of information within the hippocampus that supports memory encoding. Key to this process is a strong electrical signal that travels from CA3, the “input” part of the hippocampus, to CA1, the “output” node.
This signal is impaired in people with memory disabilities, said Berger, so of course we thought if we could recreate it using silicon, we might be able to restore — or even boost — memory. Yet this brain’s memory code proved to be extremely tough to crack.
The problem lies in the non-linear nature of neural networks: signals are often noisy and constantly overlap in time, which leads to some inputs being suppressed or accentuated. In a network of hundreds and thousands of neurons, any small change could be greatly amplified and lead to vastly different outputs.
It’s a chaotic black box, laughed Berger. With the help of modern computing techniques, however, Berger believes he may have a crude solution in hand. His proof? Use his mathematical theorems to program a chip, and then see if the brain accepts the chip as a replacement — or additional — memory module.”

“In a scene right out of a George Orwell novel, a team of scientists working in the fields of “neural engineering” and “Biomimetic MicroElectronic Systems” have successfully created a chip that controls the brain and can be used as a storage device for long-term memories. In studies the scientists have been able to record, download and transfer memories into other hosts with the same chip implanted. The advancement in technology brings the world one step closer to a global police state and the reality of absolute mind control.
More terrifying is the potential for implementation of what was only a science fiction fantasy – the “Thought Police” – where the government reads people’s memories and thoughts and can then rehabilitate them through torture before they ever even commit a crime based on a statistical computer analysis showing people with certain types of thoughts are likely to commit a certain type of crime in the future.
We already pre-emptively invade nations and torture alleged terrorist suspects with absolutely no due process of law, so the idea of pre-emptively torturing a terrorist suspect beforehand to prevent them from committing an act of terrorism in the future really isn’t that far fetched of an idea.
Perhaps a less sensational example than those I just depicted from Orwell’s famous dystopian novels would be using the technology as it is depicted the modern day Matrix movies, in which computer programs are uploaded into people’s brains allowing them to instantly learn how to perform a wide variety of tasks.”
New Study Reveals False Memories Can Be Implanted
Joshua 1:8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
This video is troubling because it deals with recent research in England, where using only the power of suggestion rather than implantable chips, 70% of participants eventually accepted memories as their own after being given only brief details of an alleged event that happened when they were adolescents. In order to qualify as a false memory, participants in the study had to develop 10 or more “details” of the event, in order to flesh out the incident.
If this can happen from mere suggestion, what is it possible to do to populations using implanted chips, which can give people memories that never could have been theirs or that may have been manipulated in order to induce future behavior? The fact that the government is heavily involved in this research should give all of us pause.
Conclusion
God has warned in the Bible where this world system is heading. The 666 Surveillance System is now on the fast track. There is no stopping it. Are you going to be with Jesus Christ and eternal life, or are you going to take the “666 Mark” and be eternally damned? The stakes could not be higher: eternal life or eternal damnation. Now is the time to repent of sin and trust Jesus Christ as your Savior.
