The 666 Police State: Whatever Happened to Protect and Serve?
The 666 Surveillance System
Revelation 13:16-18 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six (666).
Introduction (Please read this if it is your first time with this section. It continues to a full teaching article.)
There is not a more spine-chilling chapter in the entire Bible than Revelation chapter 13. This chapter describes the rise to power of a demoniacally inspired world dictator, similar in nature to Adolph Hitler. He is called “the Beast”, but better known as the Anti-Christ. He uses a world financial system to control the people, as no one can buy or sell unless they are linked by a mark with the number 666 to this system. Thus this mark in the body is known as the “Mark of the Beast.” (Continued see: The 666 Surveillance System)
Although the Bible limits the “Mark” to economics, the current rapid advancement of technology shows that it is going beyond economics to a total world-wide surveillance system; thus, the “666 Surveillance System.” The Bible states that once a person receives the 666 Mark, he is locked into it and cannot escape. This person is eternally doomed. I believe that part of this system is mind-control. Once a person joins, the mind is seared and cannot escape; thus, the perfect “man/mouse trap”.
This blog keeps the reader on the cutting edge technology creating the conditions for fulfilling the “666 Surveillance System”. I have identified certain technologies that are needed to bring this system to pass. These technological advancements are reported under headings, so the reader is kept on the cutting edge of developments and can see where it is all heading. These headings include: Cashless Society, The Mind, E-Tattoos/Mark of the Beast, Total Surveillance, and High Technology.
This blog is the complement to the “Image of the Beast“ which focuses on man’s quest to transform creation, and to become “as gods” by “directing human evolution” using transhumanism.
Remember, that this system is in place immediately prior to the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. It really does appear that His coming is not that far off. Are you ready to meet Him?
As the video below demonstrates, the police in America once had a mandate “to protect and serve.” It even was painted on the side of some police cars in the 1950’s and 60’s. We’re now in a different world, one in which the 666 system of total control will utilize police to maintain their desired order. And it’s coming about rapidly. Police are becoming less like the friendly, helpful guys from “Adam 12” and more like storm troopers, as violence goes off the scale and they view their role as one of control, not protection. This is exactly what the 666 system will need in place to force an unwilling population, and that’s one reason why it’s happening.
Something is terribly wrong in America today. At the root is this nation’s turn away from the Bible and the morality that once was America’s foundation. A nation that does not honor God does not maintain its freedom for very long. And it becomes a place where the 666 Beast controls, not a nation of free people, each striving to live by Christian principles. Freedom isn’t license to do anything one desires; it’s self-control in a land where submission to God and to biblical morality are the goals of the majority. That’s a country and a world worth living in because it’s truly free. License and anarchy demand repression and control. We haven’t progressed to greater ‘enlightenment’; we’ve sold our collective soul for a mess of pottage. And the result of that trade isn’t something that any of us want. Because of it, the man/mousetrap of the 666 Surveillance System is closing in on us.
A large part of the problem, other than the growing coldness/hardness of society as God is pushed further away each day, is the militarization of police by the federal government. They are providing equipment and training to local police that previously was reserved for the military. These two bodies are supposed to have two very different functions – one is to fight the enemy and secure the borders and the other used to be, “to protect and serve.” But as the federal government moves into this area with money and training, they are merging into the same function, too rapidly for most of us. Yet below you’ll find a story that says Obama isn’t happy with how quickly it’s proceeding and thus, he wants local law enforcement completely under federal control. Local populations and even some states are fighting back though, and are asserting their own sovereignty.
In 1983 only 13% of cities had a swat team. By 2005, that was up 80%. In the 70’s there were only a few hundred raids by these type teams; now it is 50,000 a year. Equipment ranging from armored vehicles to bayonets to office furniture is available from the feds just by filling out a form. When the police and the military are trained in the same way, given the same equipment, and have the same mindset, is it any wonder that police have turned from trusted public servants to an occupation force? What does anyone expect? Give them the attitude, the training and the equipment and they’ll want to use it – and they’ll find a situation to do so, even if they have to create it. Anyone remember Barney Fife with his one bullet and the Sheriff’s Office riot gun? We used to laugh at cops like him; now these guys are running the show.
With the continued sophistication and multiplication of tracking devices, there’s no way to hide or to escape from this ‘occupation force.’ As you’ll see, being innocent is no longer any protection, a fact which isn’t surprising. Few people will willingly live under the control and brutality of the coming 666 Beast system; their compliance will have to be coerced. And the systems to ensure that compliance are being prepared right now. There isn’t much time left for anyone who is looking for a way out – but for those who are, a recognition that Christ is the only way to escape the man/mousetrap of the 666 system is imperative.
Coming Police State
“Nightscopes, military assault rifles, grenade launchers and 14-ton Mine-Resistance Ambush-Protected vehicles built for taking down terrorist enclaves are becoming part of the toolbox of local police departments under a federal program that ships such equipment out on request and without charge.
WND reported there are some 17,000 police departments nationwide equipped with $4.2 billion worth of equipment ranging from Blackhawk helicopters and battering rams to explosives, body armor and night vision.
It’s all under the federal government’s 1033 program that supplies “surplus” military weapons to local officers, departments and agencies.
But now resistance to such militarization of local police has been enacted with a bill signed by New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie that bans local law-enforcement agencies from obtaining such equipment without authorization from their local government.
“Call it Common Core for police. But the White House, in cahoots with the Department of Justice, has set in motion a plan that will expand federal control of community police forces, via standards handed from above called the “Task Force on 21st Century Policing.”
The plan was released Monday, Infowars reported. And its gist? Like Common Core, the education plan criticized by opponents as little more than a federal mandate that’s tied to funding, the just-released police plan would force local law enforcement agencies to follow federally set standards in return for receiving federal tax dollars.
“The U.S. Department of Justice, through the Office of Community Oriented Policing Services [COPS] and Office of Justice Programs, should provide technical assistance and incentive funding to jurisdictions with small police agencies that take steps towards shared services, regional training and consolidation,” one of the plan’s points stated. The proposal also advocates for the federal collection of more data from local police.
“President Barack Obama is preparing to issue an executive order to calling for additional oversight of various federal programs which provide military surplus equipment to local law enforcement agencies, senior administration officials said Monday, but will stop short of banning the transfer of heavy gear to police forces.
But beyond calling for additional oversight, community engagement, and training, Obama will not act to curtail the transfer of military-style weapons and vehicles to local law enforcement, officials said, adding that wasn’t even the subject of their review. “Ultimately these were programs that were authorized by Congress, and so congressional intent is really at issue here,” one senior administration official told reporters before Obama’s announcement on the condition of anonymity.
The White House said the agencies will consider whether to require civilian review and authorization of purchases of “controlled equipment”—like armored vehicles, weapons, and aircraft—before transfers are authorized, as well as whether to require specific training and use-of-force guidelines in place before those purchases are completed. Obama will order the agencies to develop their specific recommendations within 120 days after consultations with law enforcement, community, and civil rights stakeholders.”
“Small-town America rebels against ‘police state’ arsenal Why does a small town need a mine-resistant tank? Citizens urge return of armored vehicles to Pentagon.
Police militarization catches eye of Congress “Watchdog explains why lawmakers unlikely to rein in lucrative program Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., was the first to speak out, writing an op-ed that blamed “big government” as the cause of a “systemic problem with today’s law enforcement.” He noted there is a difference between a police response and a military one.”
“Cheryl Chumley, author of “Police State USA: How Orwell’s Nightmare is Becoming Our Reality,”…appear[ed] on Gov. Mike Huckabee’s Fox News program…Saturday, August 16, and Sunday, August 17,
“What ever happened to the old ‘serve and protect’ model and mantra of civilian policing?”
Her book outlines concerns that suggest in five years, Americans will wonder what’s happened, and in 25 years the nation will be unrecognizable.”
“A powerful new surveillance tool being adopted by police departments across the country comes with an unusual requirement: To buy it, law enforcement officials must sign a nondisclosure agreement preventing them from saying almost anything about the technology.
Any disclosure about the technology, which tracks cellphones and is often called StingRay, could allow criminals and terrorists to circumvent it, the F.B.I. has said in an affidavit. But the tool is adopted in such secrecy that communities are not always sure what they are buying or whether the technology could raise serious privacy concerns.
The confidentiality has elevated the stakes in a longstanding debate about the public disclosure of government practices versus law enforcement’s desire to keep its methods confidential. While companies routinely require nondisclosure agreements for technical products, legal experts say these agreements raise questions and are unusual given the privacy and even constitutional issues at stake.”
“Police around the country are using more and more technologies to monitor Americans in their homes, often without probable cause, and privacy advocates warn Americans are on the verge of losing all privacy from their local governments.
The latest flashpoint in this debate came in Tuesday’s edition of USA Today in which a story detailed a fairly new type of radar that allows police to closely monitor activity in any home they wish to investigate.
“They’re called doppler radar devices. What they do is, they can see in the home. If you’re a breathing, living human being, they can actually get the outline of your body and know where you’re at,” said Rutherford Institute President John Whitehead, author of “A Government of Wolves: The Emerging American Police State.”
This type of radar has been used by law enforcement since 2012. According to USA Today, the existence of this technology came to light after a federal appeals court in Denver blasted law enforcement for using the technology without a warrant.
Whitehead said obtaining a warrant before using the radar on a private residence gives it constitutional clearance, but any police officers using it without going through the appropriate legal channels are guilty of infringing on the privacy rights of citizens.”
Drone Expert: It’s not About the Cool Aircraft, it’s About the Data The 2015 NAB show will host a first: an Aerial Robotics and Drone Pavilion staged by Drone Media Group and sponsored by tech company DJI. Demonstrations of drones will be featured, as increasing uses are found for them in all sectors public and private.
“Increasingly, military agencies, government agencies and universities in the US are employing drones — small, nimble unmanned aircraft — to put eyes in the sky for an array of purposes. But as sexy as drones are, one expert suggests that we shouldn’t be fixated so much on the aircraft itself but on the capabilities of the aircraft.
“It’s not about the drone. It’s about information. It’s about data. Drones are there to collect information,” said Sean Varah, CEO of MotionDSP, which provides software that dissects data from videos shot with drones. “It’s the processing of the information they collect that’s actually the interesting [part],” he added.
[T]he Austin Fire Department in Texas teamed up last year with researchers at Texas A&M University. The department and the university are testing the use of drones for emergency response, including search-and-rescue missions. “In the future, I see this technology as being part of every fire department’s response protocol. Robotics will augment the capabilities of emergency response and provide confirmation that this technology is worth the attention it deserves,” said Richard Davis, assistant chief of the fire department.”
“Not only does a feature of a popular Google Inc. mobile app put police officers’ lives in danger, it also interferes with law enforcement’s ability to carry out its speeding ticket mission, a leading group of sheriffs said Wednesday.
The National Sheriffs’ Association had previously focused its campaign against Waze on police safety after the fatal shootings of two New York police officers in December. It broadened its campaign with a new statement criticizing Google’s software as hampering the use of speed traps.
In the Waze app, which operates like a free GPS navigation tool, users can tag the locations of parked police vehicles, accidents, congestion, traffic cameras, potholes and more, so that other drivers using Waze are warned as they approach the same location.
In a twist, the newly expressed concern about speeding is also Google’s own defense of its software. “Most users tend to drive more carefully when they believe law enforcement is nearby,” Waze spokeswoman Julie Mossler said.
Waze actually gained popularity in the last week since The Associated Press first disclosed law enforcement’s concerns, climbing four positions to No. 8 on Apple’s ranking of the top free mobile apps.”
“The Department of Homeland Security is seeking bids from companies able to provide law enforcement officials with access to a national license-plate tracking system — a year after canceling a similar solicitation over privacy issues.
The reversal comes after officials said they had determined they could address concerns raised by civil liberties advocates and lawmakers about the prospect of the department’s gaining widespread access, without warrants, to a system that holds billions of records that reveal drivers’ whereabouts.
In a privacy impact assessment issued Thursday, the DHS says that it is not seeking to build a national database or contribute data to an existing system. Instead, it is seeking bids from companies that already gather the data to say how much they would charge to grant access to law enforcement officers at Immigration and Customs Enforcement, a DHS agency. Officials said they also want to impose limits on ICE personnel’s access to and use of the data.
Privacy advocates who reviewed a copy of the privacy impact assessment said it fell short. “If this goes forward, DHS will have warrantless access to location information going back at least five years about virtually every adult driver in the U.S., and sometimes to their image as well,” said Gregory T. Nojeim, senior counsel for the Center for Democracy & Technology.”
“Apple’s current Find My Friends feature could one day expand into more of a Track My Friends feature. Granted to Apple on Tuesday by the US Patent and Trademark Office, a patent called “Sharing location information among devices” describes a process that would let you view a visual representation of the path taken by another person using a mobile device as a way of following that person’s entire journey.
As described in the patent, your respective devices could also share mapping directions so that you and your friend would be able to easily find each other via your mobile devices. Even further, your devices could tap into a “mirroring” mode that would replicate the view seen on each other’s respective devices.
The system would rely on GPS for navigation purposes but could enable communication between the devices via a cellular network, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Assuming both you and your friend had a sufficient signal, cellular would obviously be the most efficient technology as it would allow for the greatest distance between the two of you.
Concerns over privacy and security always arise in any technology such as the one described here. But as Apple points out, the feature would need to be enabled by the person being tracked, so you wouldn’t be able to track people without their permission. In the patent, Apple said the devices could be carried by a human being, animal or robot. A small enough device placed on a pet could help you keep track of your dog.”
“Smartphone users might balk at letting a random app like Candy Crush or Shazam track their every move via GPS. But researchers have found that Android phones reveal information about your location to every app on your device through a different, unlikely data leak: the phone’s power consumption.
Researchers at Stanford University and Israel’s defense research group Rafael have created a technique they call PowerSpy, which they say can gather information about an Android phone’s geolocation merely by tracking its power use over time. That data, unlike GPS or Wi-Fi location tracking, is freely available to any installed app without a requirement to ask the user’s permission. That means it could represent a new method of stealthily determining a user’s movements with as much as 90 percent accuracy—though for now the method only really works when trying to differentiate between a certain number of pre-measured routes.”
“New advances in facial recognition are a step forward for an artificial intelligence technique called deep learning. “I never forget a face,” some people like to boast. It’s a claim that looks quainter by the day as artificial intelligence research continues to advance. Some computers, it turns out, never forget 260 million faces.
Last week, a trio of Google…published a paper on a new artificial intelligence system dubbed FaceNet that it claims represents the most-accurate approach yet to recognizing human faces. FaceNet achieved nearly 100-percent accuracy on a popular facial-recognition dataset called Labeled Faces in the Wild, which includes more than 13,000 pictures of faces from across the web. Trained on a massive 260-million-image dataset, FaceNet performed with better than 86 percent accuracy.
Though Google and Facebook’s advances in facial recognition are relatively new, computer systems like this can be found all around us today. They incorporate an artificial intelligence technique called deep learning, which has proven remarkably effective at so-called machine perception tasks such as recognizing objects (by some metrics, machines are now better at this than are people), recognizing voices, and understanding the content of written text.
As consumer robots, driverless cars and smart homes become real, deep learning will be there, too, providing the eyes, ears, and some of the brains for our new toys. DARPA, the U.S. Department of Defense’s research agency, is also investigating how deep learning techniques might be able to help it make sense of the streams of communications crossing intelligence networks everyday.”
Musical Performance: Mike Farris at TEDx Nashville If all of this disturbs you as much as it does us, here’s something to lift you up in victory. Mike Farris was invited to perform at the most recent TEDx Talks in Nashville, a conference which covers the latest innovations in technology. If nothing else, it shows that God still is sovereign, in control, and reaching out to any who will listen. His effect on this crowd, who by nature are into science and whose hope is in technology to transform life, is magical. It shows what the power of God can do when the Holy Spirit is unleashed through a submitted vessel.
Computer Brain/ The Mind
“It has been the holy grail of science fiction – an interface that allows us to plug our brain into a computer. Now, researchers at MIT have revealed new fibres less than a width of a hair that could make it a reality.
The result, Anikeeva explains, is the fabrication of polymer fibers ‘that are soft and flexible and look more like natural nerves.’ Devices currently used for neural recording and stimulation, she says, are made of metals, semiconductors, and glass, and can damage nearby tissues during ordinary movement.”
The human brain’s complexity makes it extremely challenging to study not only because of its sheer size, but also because of the variety of signaling methods it uses simultaneously. Conventional neural probes are designed to record a single type of signaling, limiting the information that can be derived from the brain at any point in time.
Now researchers at MIT may have found a way to change that. By producing complex fibers that could be less than the width of a hair, they have created a system that could deliver optical signals and drugs directly into the brain, along with simultaneous electrical readout to continuously monitor the effects of the various inputs.”
God has warned in the Bible where this world system is heading. The 666 Surveillance System is now on the fast track. There is no stopping it. Are you going to be with Jesus Christ and eternal life, or are you going to take the “666 Mark” and be eternally damned? The stakes could not be higher: eternal life or eternal damnation. Now is the time to repent of sin and trust Jesus Christ as your Savior.
Make sure that you use The 666 Surveillance System brochure as it is a great witnessing tool. I also offer the Prophecy Packet which includes that 666 brochure. If you would like a copy, please email Dave at: [email protected] and ask for the packet along with giving your name and mailing address. Now is the time to use prophetic information to share the gospel.
The following verses state what the Bible says happens to all who reject salvation through Jesus Christ, and receive the “Mark of the Beast”:
Revelation 14:9-11 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
