Introduction
I posted a teaching about scientists merging men and machines. It is called Singularity and The Image of the Beast and a teaching called Genetic Armageddon. If you are a first time reader, I suggest that you read both of these articles.
Together both of these articles show that the scientists are on the verge of creating a transhuman. This is a beast that is part human and part something else. It could be part machine or, by mixing DNA, part animal. Creating a transhuman is right on top of us! The genetic manipulation is further advanced, but both are near completion, which results in a being that is no longer human.
I believe that tampering with the integrity of man is a KEY sign of the approaching Day of the LORD. God will put a stop to this at the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. It appears from Revelation 13:15 that man will succeed in creating a transhuman which the Bible calls “The Image of the Beast.”
Revelation 13:15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
From charting the advancement toward creating a transhuman being, it is possible to get an idea how close man is to the Day of the LORD and God’s judgment. God must stop the creation of transhumans because these creatures are not created in His image and likeness; therefore, they cannot be redeemed through the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Man Now The Creator
Transhumanism shows the end of the road of man’s rebellion against God! This is close, very close. What I am posting is NOT science fiction. What was once science fiction is now becoming reality! What was science fiction 20 years ago can be reality in the very near future! It is like much of science fiction is advertisement for transhumanism. It is softening the public, especially the youngsters, to accept it. These are incredible times we live in and do not be fearful: but grow closer to the Savior and focused on His Coming.

Commentary
The scientists have just created a rat cyborg! They created a rat synthetic cerebellum that functions. When they have perfected this with animals, they will be ready for humans. This is a huge leap toward Singularity. These are the types of breakthroughs that I said would accelerate, and it seems like every posting now there is big breakthrough.
Because of the prophetic word of God we know where all this is heading. There will probably be many Nobel Science winners on the way creating the Image of the Beast. The best intellects in the world are working on this.
Israeli Researchers Build a Rat Cyborg With a Digital Brain
“The day when doctors can patch up the human brain with electronics, cyborg-style, hasn’t dawned just yet. But if the rats at Tel Aviv University are any indication, that day may not be so very far away. Researchers there have developed a synthetic cerebellum that has restored lost brain function in rats, demonstrating that artificial brain analogs can potentially replace parts of the brain that aren’t functioning properly.”
Scientists Try to Map Brain Connections This is all part of understanding the brain so a mechanical one can be constructed for the Image of the Beast. The technology dealing with the brain is now surging in all areas. Very soon the brain with be understood and then an artificial one can be built.

DARPA’s Brain Implants Would Help Replace Mental Function in Wounded Warfighters The military is leading the way towards Singularity. There is no stopping them.
“Traumatic brain injuries affect as many as 20 percent of warfighters returning from Iraq and Afghanistan. Now the Pentagon’s whiz kids at DARPA have turned to optogenetic brain implants that use light pulses to control brain cells, and hopefully reroute brain activity, Wired’s Danger Room reports. Such brain implants made from electrodes or optical fibers would sit on the brain’s surface and monitor the electrical signals sent among neurons. They would also beam light pulses to stimulate specific parts of the brain in response, and ideally help the brain function normally despite having damaged areas.”
Mind-reading car could drive you round the bend Notice how easy that the mind and machines are now blending together. This merging is going to accelerate right into the Image of the Beast.

It’s alive! Space station’s humanoid robot awake They are getting the body ready for the Image of the Beast. It is being perfected all the time now.
“Ground controllers turned Robonaut on Monday for the first time since it was delivered to the International Space Station in February. The test involved sending power to all of Robonaut’s systems. The robot was not commanded to move; that will happen next week.”

Chips in brains will control computers by 2020 This is not going to happen. I believe advances will come that there will be no need to operate and put chips in the brain.
