WOW! what a video. I’m so glad that the Lord is still the boss and His word is so much alive. I have sent this to all my family who are still in the dark of there choice.
After seeing this I just know that my Lord and Savior is coming very soon for his children.
We all have to remember that this time had to come and I think that all who are livining in this time is such a great thing to witness. This will put us even closer to the Lord.
Thank you Mr. McT for all your hard work and being the watchman on the wall.
God bless you and your family

  2. If you haven’t heard of Kevin Warwick, professor at Reading University in the UK, check him out. He’s already controlled a robotic arm through the internet with his brain impulses and has created a robot that functions for a short time on the brain of a mouse.

People have lost the Holy fear,[reverence],for the Lord.We have approached the limit,as in the days of Noah, where God will soon bring tampering with His gene code to a grinding stop. Its Babel all over again. What fools men can become when they attempt to leave God by the side of the road. Its a fearful world we now live in..who would of ever though so called scientists would race each other to [create monsters]..which is what they are.Thank you Jesus for saving me yrs.ago, and giving me the only true hope…you.

  4. Consider the possibility that not all of the coming changes will be bad. Some may be part of the work of God. After all, Jesus told his disciples to go forth healing the sick and raising the dead. Why shouldn’t we use technology as an endowment from God to further the work?

    1 Corinthians 15
51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

    • Science is just knowledge, and technology is just power. Neither knowledge nor power is inherently good or evil. Both knowledge and power can be used for good and evil. It’s up to us to mitigate the risks and pursue the opportunities. The scriptures don’t speak only of the risks, but also of the opportunities — not only of the New Babylon, but also of the New Jerusalem. We are the children of God, and I’m confident at least some of us will live up to our divine heritage.

      • I agree that much evil has been and will be done with our knowledge and power, our science and technology. However, you’re only looking at the negative half of the phenomenon. There’s also a positive half …

        Romans 8
14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.
18 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

While some use science and technology for evil, others use it for good. Look higher!

        • Keith O. says:

The majority of scientific knowledge will be used for evil purposes. This present world will continue downward until Christ returns. Mingling human genes with that of an animal is confusion. God has not, and will not tolerate it. This is a race to the bottom of depravity. Christians who are scientists are shunned by the scientific community for simply holding a biblical view of creation. Those who oppose introducing this “confusion” will be shunned, too. While I see your point about good things coming from God-this is not one of them. This world will get darker and darker prior to the Lord’s return-not lighter. I know this is not an upbeat, positive way of thinking, but it is biblical and realistic. This isn’t something Joel Olsteen would preach on.

  6. Dan .w says:

Unrepentant man will always use technology for evil purposes..its in his nature.A saved individual may be gifted by God with wisdom and knowledge, and use it to benefit mankind. The fruit reveals the fruit tree.Satan is the god of this present world system, and has many followers.Hes pulling out all the stops.Jesus Christ, who is God in flesh, will personally smash all evil, and its Satanic so-called sciences.

Jeremiah 17;9 is the answer for Lincoln Cannon. God said it all.

  8. While I agree with those who say that science and technology are not necessarily bad, I submit that Revelation 13 makes a lot of sense when you see the two beasts as symbolizing the darker side of our modern science and technology. Technology is 2nd beast, the one that works all the great signs, and science is the 1st beast, the one that is worshiped as an unbeatable hero. Thus the image of the beast should be an “omniscient” AI (artificial intelligence) which personifies science or the scientific spirit. I think 666 is it’s model number.

  10. You suggest your pessimism reflects the Bible, but consider whether your pessimism reflects your heart projected on the Bible.

Jonah pronounced the destruction of Nineveh. He didn’t say the pronouncement was qualified in any way. He just said Nineveh would be destroyed. Nineveh could have adopted a pessimistic attitude, fatalistically assuming that things would only get worse. Instead, Nineveh decided to interpret Jonah’s pronouncement as a warning. They repented, trusting in the possibility of a better world despite the prophecy, and they ended up being right. That made Jonah angry because his prophecy was wrong, and he had chosen to interpret it more dogmatically than Nineveh interpreted it. When reading the negative proohecies in the Bible, we face the same option presented to Jonah and Nineveh: we can interpret them dogmatically and pessimistically, or we can interpret them as warnings that can be avoided through repentance, wisdom and inspiration.

When we side with dogmatism, we act immorally, assuming condemnation on God’s creation before the judgment is final, and thereby willing the negative judgment into being despite the opportunity God yet extends before us. Please, I invite you, to repent with me. The greatest sin is among those of us who understand the word of God and yet fail to practice it by trusting in and exemplifying God’s love. It is the Pharisees, not other sinners, for whom God reserved the greater condemnation. When we stand in the way of others’ hope, we are the Pharisees. When we assume the worst, we are the Pharisees. When we would put ourselves and our negative judgments between others and their salvation, we are the Pharisees. Repent with me. We can change together. We can mitigate the risks pronounced in the prophesies. We can pursue the opportunities, and the day will come that we will see the glory of God revealed in us, the children of God, according to the prophecies.

    • Maybe I’m mistaken. Maybe you’re mistaken?

      • Keith O. says:

Lincoln, I’m not sure how long you’ve been following this blog, but John McT has been a watchmen on the wall for years-trying to warn this nation(but especially the church) to wake up and repent. The Pharisees did not recogize that Jesus was even due to show up when He did(Jesus wept for Jerusalem because He knew they would be destroyed because they knewest not the time of their visitation. The Pharisees, of all people, should have known that Christ was due to arrive-they blew it. They were not very good watchmen.
If the 2nd coming is mentioned in prophecy 4x as much as the 1st coming, how much more will we be held accountable for the knowledge available to us? John has warned and warned the Laodicean church of this age. He warned about Obama removing DADT from the military. I personally took it to the Wednesday night bible study urging people pray, to contact their congressmen and senators, sign an online petition-to do SOMETHING to contend for the faith and combat evil. The response? A big fat zero. From the pastor on down, no one cared. Just like they don’t really care about the millions of abortions committed by this nation. They would rather go to a baseball game at Dow Diamond and watch the Great Lakes Loons rather than go picket an abortion clinic. And the hireling pastors refuse to preach a message of pending judgment because it just isn’t popular and people’s ears won’t get tickled-and they won’t put as much in the collectin plate.
John also posted an article about Pepsi using a company called Semonex-which was using cells from aborted fetuses in its research for developing flavor. Again, I took this information before my church. The pastor was almost mad at me because he is addicted to Mt. Dew. He did quit drinking it, though. But this spring, he gleefully came up to me holding a Mt. Dew saying how the boycott worked and he could drink his precious Mt. Dew again. I thought to myself, “Isn’t that special. You are eager jump right back in and give your money to this Babylonian system. He cares more about drinking his precious Mt. Dew than he did about those aborted fetuses that were used to develop the flavor in the pop he was drinking.”
And I’m not sure where you think we are in this dispensation, but the Bible indicates that things will get worse, not better, before Christ’s return. As the watchmen warn, some will take heed of the warnings. Sadly most will not. The watchmen’s duty is to warn, however. If he does not, God will require the people’s blood on his head at the watchmen’s hand(Ezekiel 33). The church is asleep in America, but there are watchmen screaming from the walls for them to wake up! John, in my estimation, is just doing the task which the Holy Spirit has set before him. And it is not going to win him any popularity contests within the church.
That said, I believe we all should pray that the Holy Spirit helps us to understand the Scriptures as time is growing short.
